120A ESC with 8A BEC and Reverse Thrust Function from Freewing - 092D002001

This ESC comes stock with the Freewing Eurofighter Typhoon 2023 version and includes a reverse thrust functionality for quicker braking/stopping after landings. This ESC can be used for other EDF jets that call for a 120A ESC. 

NOTE: The connector is an EC5.

What size pins are needed for the motor side of the ESC and do you sell the pin?

All the ESC’s from Motion that I have seen or ordered come with connectors on them already. Also when you buy a motor they come with the connectors on the motor already and a set of connectors for the ESC with heat shrink covering. Yes Motion sells the connectors on their site.

The ESC for the 90mm F4 is out of stock SKU 070D002010. it seems like the SKU 092D002001 would work. What I need to know is 1) Will it work and 2) Are the leads long enough to work in the 90mm F4? By the way I just ordered the in-runner upgrade for the F4 but would like to have the reversing feature.

Hello Len, The ESC you suggest is recommended for the 90mm Euro fighter, this is a similar size to the F-4. So in theory it should fit but it's not something we would have tried. Regards,

Does anybody know the stock/default settings the ESC comes with, specifically the BEC voltage settings. I know the reverse is enabled out of the box...as I've tested it. But, when I hook up both throttle cables to my A-10 control board I get one ESC telling me it is over voltage, beep beep...but when I hook them up independently both ESC/motor combos work perfect.

They come with the BEC set between 5 and 5 volts. If you are hooking up 2 of these you need to bypass one of the BECs with a cable like this SKU: BCT5076-020.
